Energetic Adhesive Disks for Stress, Anxiety, Depression

Published by

Help!  I’m stressed out!

I see so many great-looking Energetic Adhesive Disks related to symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression!

How do I choose?

Stress Freeze Energetic Adhesive Disk

SIMILAR AND UNIQUE

First, let’s state the obvious:  Although we have many similarities, we are all wired up a bit uniquely.  So you’re looking for the disk or combination of disks to which your body best responds.  That said, what works best for one may not provide the exact same results for another, etc. etc.

Here are some considerations to help guide your unique decisions.

SOURCE / ROOT CAUSE

First – quietly identify some of the the source/s of your symptoms.  Can you point to a root cause?  A suspected root cause? This will go a long way to help decide what disk/s to consider.

Examples:

My life is changing. So many upheavals – new job, new house, personal issues, marriage or partner issues, death in family, loss of pet, adult children moving out or away, changing schools, changing course of studies in school, etc.

I tend to get stressed out monthly with PMS type symptoms.  I’m going through menopause.  I notice stresses related to hormonal fluctuations, imbalances and/or changes.

I am under normal everyday-type stresses. But I just feel like it’s constant.  I have money problems, landlord issues, “everyday-life” kinds of things, etc.

I experienced a severe emotional trauma. I experienced trauma because of something very serious to me.  I am reacting to a really severe traumatic event to me.  I was in war.  I have PTSD from a traumatic event.  My boss is a complete tyrant, rants at me every day and I fear for my job, my health, etc.

(Hang in there… you’re almost ready to choose!)

CONSIDERATIONS

Here are some of the main Energetic Adhesive Disks to consider for symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and/or depression.  Consider reading about each disk.  Remember to click on the links within the post for related material.

(Take your time.  There’s no pressure. 🙂 )

And know that – worst case – and unlike drugs, chemicals, supplements, medicines, etc. – there are no chemicals or drugs that your body has to deal with should it not “need” or “want” the frequencies in the particular disk you choose.

Should your body not need to “tune” to any of the frequencies inserted into the disks, imagine that your body simply shrugs.  (Just imagine your body shrugging and “saying” “meh!”)

ENERGETIC DISKS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR STRESS, ANXIETY, & DEPRESSION

Emotional Rescue – particularly good for emotional trauma and “upheavals”.

Mood Boost – especially good for stresses, etc. due to hormonal changes (E.g., PMS / Menopause).  It was developed by a doctor to particularly address symptoms from hormone “displacement”.

Stress & Anxiety – especially good for “everyday-normal” stress.  (If there’s such a thing as “normal stress” 🙂 …)

Stress Freeze – especially good for emotional stress from severe trauma (E.g., war / PTSD / really severe traumatic events)

A WORD ABOUT HORMONE RELATED STRESS

If you’re dealing with symptoms from hormonal changes (PMS, Menopause, etc.), the disk manufacturer recommends that you might consider the combination FEM + Mood Boost and/or Stress & Anxiety and/or Stress Freeze (depending upon the root cause/s of your stress/anxiety/depression)

SO REMEMBER THOSE EXAMPLES ABOVE?

Well now that you’re an expert, you probably already guessed and could identify some appropriate disks to consider for the examples noted above.

Remember – there’s no wrong answer, you’re simply looking to identify the disk or combination of disks to which your body best responds. 🙂

In the examples noted above, here is what the manufacturer typically recommends for your consideration.

  1. “My life is changing. So many upheavals…”  You may want to consider Emotional Rescue
  1. “I notice stresses related to hormonal fluctuations, imbalances and/or changes…” You may want to consider FEM + Mood Boost
  1. “I am under normal everyday type stresses.” You may want to consider Stress & Anxiety.
  1. “I experienced a severe emotional trauma.” You may want to consider Stress Freeze

Of course, remember that you can use a combination of disks concurrently, and recall from the discussion above, that you’re looking for the disk or combination of disks to which YOUR body best responds.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

To optimize results, stay WELL hydrated — the bio-frequencies travel through the fluid in our cells!

InLight Photon Light Therapy as Prophylactic Treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Published by

A PuMed article (PMID:10418699) reported about a study regarding patients with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) to explore whether depressive episodes associated with SAD could be prevented by daily use of bright light before the onset of symptoms in early fall and continued usage throughout the winter.  They also wanted to know if the light had to be visible in order to have beneficial effects.

Patients were divided into 3 groups: one group received bright white light; a second group received infrared (IR) light; and a third control group received no light treatment.

At the end of the study, authors noted that, while results showed treatment for the first two groups were more effective than the third (control group), infrared (IR) light is just as effective as bright white light.

Authors concluded that infrared (IR) light is just as effective as bright white light although both are more effective than doing nothing.

We invite you to consider an InLight Photon Light Therapy System to help alleviate symptoms associated with SAD.

InLight Photon Light Therapy Blue Light Treatment for Adults with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Published by

Bright visible-spectrum light is proven to be an effective treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).  Recent research suggests that blue LEDs account for that effectiveness.

A PubMed publication (PMID:19016463) reports about a 3-week double-blind test with narrow band blue LEDs vs. bright red LEDs.  Patients were divided into two groups: “SAD-only” and those experiencing depression with seasonal intensification.

At the end of the test, subjects from both double-blind arms improved over baseline. “SAD-alone” patients responded numerically better to treatment than those experiencing depression with seasonal intensification.

Authors concluded that blue light therapy proved superior to red light therapy. Blue light therapy produced results similar to previous visible-spectrum light studies and many medication studies. The use of bright red panels supported claims that blue lights account for the documented effectiveness of light therapy.

We invite you to consider an InLight Photon Light Therapy System to help alleviate symptoms associated with SAD.

InLight Photon Light Therapy For Seasonal Adjustment Disorder (SAD) with Blue LEDs

Published by

While light is a proven effective treatment for Seasonal Adjustment Disorder (SAD), an optimal  wavelength combination has yet to be determined, although blue LEDs have demonstrated an ability to stimulate melatonin suppression and circadian phase shifting.

An article posted in Pubmed (PMID:16165105) reports testing blue LEDs vs red LEDs for SAD patients with major depression, a seasonal pattern, and normal sleeping patterns.  Each patient received 45 minutes of morning LED treatment for 3 weeks.

At the end of the test period, authors concluded that narrow bandwidth blue light outperforms dimmer red light in reversing symptoms of major depression with a seasonal pattern.

Consider an InLight Photon Light Therapy System to help alleviate symptoms associated with SAD.

Declutter Series: #5 Takeout Menus

Published by

This is the next posting in our continuing Declutter Series.  It’s another quick easy one!

If you have additional ideas, feel free to contribute! I’d love to hear from you.  🙂

So I’m out and about.  I go to a restaurant.  I pass by a sandwich place, a new bagel deli, or perhaps I see a food establishment that catches my interest.

Yep.  I admit it — I LOVE food places…

So of course I bring home a Takeout or Take Home Menu.

After all, everything I need is on that menu, right? – Available items, prices, phone number, address… and “you never know” when I might need it!

I dutifully add this new menu to my “collection”.

I have them in drawers, pinned to the refrigerator, on my desk, under the blotter, etc.  (You know… all the typical hidey-holes for this kind of stuff.  🙂

So I gathered them all up and guess what???  Some of the menus in my “collection” are YEARS old and some of these places don’t even EXIST anymore!

Also, almost all this information is readily available on the internet, in a web site, or in some readily available smart app.

And their information is the most updated info!  Unlike most of MINE… 🙂

The solution?

In the garbage!

Done!

Another pile of useless “stuff” gone…

Regards!

Declutter Series: #4 Dried Pens

Published by

This is the next posting in our continuing Declutter Series.  Another super easy one!

If you have additional ideas, feel free to contribute! I’d love to hear from you. 🙂

Ok, I admit it — I seem to inherit pens… all shapes, all sizes, all colors!

How they manage to show up in my house? — I just don’t know!  But show up they do!  It’s a mystery, for sure.  🙂

So I collected all these pens — and guess what?  More than half of them were dried up and useless.

OUT!

My new streamlined collection is now strategically placed in cups on my desks, by phones, or anywhere else I tend to “take a note”.

The rest of the “good ones”?

I put them in a baggie and placed the baggie with my good office supplies.

Done!

Regards!

Declutter Series: #3 Old Magazines

Published by

This is the next posting in our continuing Declutter Series.  Another easy one!

If you have additional ideas, feel free to contribute! I’d love to hear from you. 🙂

Some of us have hidden (or not-so-hidden) piles of old magazines…

Mine are in a magazine basket next to the couch and the overflow (yes of course!) is in a 4-tiered shelf AND a box under a desk.

I have all good intentions to read them.  (Really!)  But I just run of time and they continue to come.  And they continue to stack up.  Do they clone???

I have to look in the mirror and admit — if they’re a year old, what are the chances I will really get to them?  Honestly!

So here’s the easy fix:  If they’re a year or more old, they go.

Many places would love to inherit old magazines:  Pre-schools, Schools, Libraries, Care Facilities, Friends, etc.  Ask around.  You’ll be surprised.

Remember to remove your name and address.

If you choose to throw them out, remember to put them in the recycle bin.

Done!

Now doesn’t that feel good?

Regards!

Declutter Series: #2 Old Prescriptions

Published by

This is the next posting in our continuing Declutter Series.  And it’s another easy one.

We take this opportunity to open our medicine cabinet and get rid of old prescriptions and over-the-counter pills/capsules/ointments/creams/etc that are expired, or that haven’t been used in months. (years???)

Many of these items are unsafe when past their expiration date.

Be sure to dispose of this stuff properly.  Some drug stores and/or municipalities have safe drop-off places.  Flushing them down the toilet is not a safe option.

Look how much space is in there now that this stuff is gone!

Maybe run a wet sponge over the shelves and remove all that dust and gunky build-up.

Wow it looks nice now!

Done!

Regards!
