5) How Do Bio Energy Patches Work
Bio Energy patches are charged with specific bio-frequencies. Just like a battery holds a charge, Bio Energy patches hold a charge of bio-frequencies. Once the Bio Energy patch is applied to your body, the bio-frequency signal is dispersed to the targeted system. Bio Energy patches are designed to accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
The Bio Energy patch is at peak performance for approximately a three-day period. After approximately three days, simply replace your Bio Energy patch with a new one.
Some people may receive peak performance for more than three days – some for less than three days. Each person is unique.

8 ) How to Use Bio Energy Patches
Apply your Bio Energy patch on the inside of your left shoulder or on any flat area of your body. It is recommended that the Bio Energy patch be attached to the upper body, left shoulder, because energy enters your body from the left side and dissipates to the right side. However, Bio Energy patches can be put on any flat area of your body.
When addressing pain, the Pain & Inflammation Bio Energy patch can be worn directly on the site of your pain. (For example, the patch can be attached directly on your knee or elbow.)
Several different types of Bio Energy patches can be worn at the same time to target multiple systems. Additionally, two of the same Bio Energy patches can be worn concurrently to increase the effect on a single system.
For optimal benefit, it is recommended that you allow Bio Energy patches to work together for one month, changing approximately every three days with a new patch.
For some health concerns, the manufacturer recommends a three-month (or more) therapy protocol.
Each Bio Energy patch is designed to last approximately three days. Results may vary depending on each person’s body. It is recommended to replace each Bio Energy patch after approximately a three-day period. Best results are experienced over time.
When you are ready to remove your Bio Energy patch, simply run warm water over the area and gently peel it off.
9 ) Can I Wear More Than One Bio Energy Patch and How Can I Track Them to Keep My Sanity?
Here is a low-tech, not-so-elegant, yet effective tracking system for the wearable Bio Energy patches. (Yes… some of them look VERY similar — and it can get confusing.)
Apply the patch to the top part of your left arm close to your shoulder. Try to choose a “flat” area that isn’t too “active” with muscle motion.
Look on the top area of your left arm and mentally divide the “geography” into a “matrix”, naming the positions. (E.g., top row innermost position = “1” / top row outermost position – “2”, next row innermost position = “3”, etc).
Put a small yellow sticky note on the back of each patch envelope.
On the sticky note, as you apply a patch to your arm, enter a notation on a single line with the day (e.g., M= Monday, T=Tues, etc), the date (e.g., 4-15) and arm position (in a small circle). A typical notation might look like this: “M 4-15 2” (where the “2” is in a small circle)
When you remove that patch, line-through the corresponding entry on the sticky note and add a new line with the “next entry” for the new replacement patch.
You now have a bit of a running tracking system… which can help maintain your sanity.
Most people tend to get approximately 3 days with each patch. That said, remember we are each a bit unique! The best way to tell how much time YOU get, is to monitor your symptoms… you can either change the patch every 3 days — or as soon as you start feeling symptoms creep back. (For example, with stress-related patches, most people tend to get a bit “edgy” at about day 3 or 4 and so they “know” that the patch probably needs replacing!) Just respect that each person gets a different amount of time/relief from the patches. We are each just a bit different!
Many people like to concurrently use combinations of patches. It’s a good idea to stagger “day 1” of the patches. This ensures that one patch is at “full strength” while the others are “draining”. Perhaps a plan something like this: Day #1: apply Patch “A”. Note the day, date, and position on the corresponding sticky. Day #2: apply Patch “B”. Note tracking info on its corresponding sticky. Continue in this fashion for each applied patch. The idea is to stagger “day 1” of each patch so that one patch is always at full capacity as the others are draining.) You will also be replacing each patch in a staggered fashion.
Here’s an example using this thought process: If I am “stressed to the max”… On day #1, I apply a Stress Freeze patch. On day #2, I apply an Emotional Rescue patch… (or vice versa — the idea is to stagger “day 1” so that one patch is always at full capacity.) Then at day 3 (or whenever I start to feel “edgy”, I replace the first patch; the next day, I replace the second patch.
Remember: Stay WELL HYDRATED to optimize results — the frequencies travel through the fluid in our cells!
Be patient and remember that it might take some “time” for your body to straighten things out — after all, it probably took quite some time to get to where it is now!
