NEXT WAVE RETURN POLICY
While it is rare that a customer chooses to return a Foust product, Next Wave policy states that customer must notify Next Wave in sufficient time to notify Foust within 30 days of purchase for Foust return authorization. Foust charges a 10% re-stocking fee. No original shipping costs are refunded. Next Wave will issue a credit (less the restocking fee) after Foust confirms receipt of the returned item in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and is liable for any lost or damaged products during shipping. Next Wave highly recommends that if you are returning an item, you insure it for the full retail value.
